Reading the first few pages of this absorbing biography, it is hard to believe that the authors haven't concocted a wild historical spoof, for this truly is an amazing story.

BIO

Radio Lincolnshire.jpg

I often feel as if I spend my life with one foot in the present and one in the past, and have a particular love for the long eighteenth century. History, reading, writing and story-telling are my passions. Having co-authored several historical biographies and a collection of true tales, I am now working on a biography of the Georgian era’s most fascinating woman, Kitty Fisher.

I can’t wait to share the story of Kitty's life with you. In the meantime, you can discover royalty, female spies, thieves, actresses, courtesans and more in my earlier books. The latest charts the rise and fall of the Dukes of Bolton from the Civil Wars of the seventeenth century to the Regency. For more information, just click on the books tab above.
