REVIEWS

Reading the first few pages of this absorbing biography, it is hard to believe that the authors haven't concocted a wild historical spoof, for this truly is an amazing story.

BIO

Author 017 low res.jpg

I often feel as if I spend my life with one foot in the present and one in the past, and have a particular love for the long eighteenth century. History, reading, writing and story-telling are my passions, and I'm currently studying for an MA in Creative Writing at the University of Lincoln. Having co-authored several historical biographies and a collection of true tales, my latest book is a biography of the Georgian era’s most fascinating woman, Kitty Fisher.

Kitty Fisher: The First Female Celebrity is available now, from your favourite bookshop or direct from my publisher, Pen and Sword Books. I can’t wait to share the story of Kitty's life with you.
